Noble Hospital is committed to the Patients First Initiative and strives to provide quality and safe care to our patients. The nursing sensitive measures that are reported are those data points that are drivers of our quality improvement plans. Tracking these measures and public posting of our data helps us to monitor the quality of care we deliver and strive to continuously improve.
Noble Hospital is doing well with its performance measures. Some of our sample size is small due to small nursing units and volume of patients. We currently have several quality improvement projects in place to track all of our data and continually strive to keep quality at the highest level.
In the area of falls, we continually strive to adopt methods to keep our patients safe. Our staff has been educated about fall prevention and we have an active fall prevention program. We have an active skin care task force and nurses and therapists that are wound care certified.
